Ownership & Academic Integrity: All work delivered by ScholarAstra is intended strictly as reference material, guidance, and research assistance. The client (scholar/researcher) retains full ownership, responsibility, and authorship of their academic work. ScholarAstra does not engage in or promote ghostwriting. Any content provided must be reviewed, modified, and used ethically by the client in accordance with their institution's academic policies. Purpose of Service: All services provided by ScholarAstra are strictly for research assistance, reference, and guidance purposes only. ScholarAstra does not take responsibility for how the content is used, submitted, or represented. Compliance with institutional guidelines remains the sole responsibility of the client. Plagiarism & Originality: We aim to provide plagiarism-free content to the best of our knowledge using standard tools. However, institutional plagiarism checks and results may vary, and final responsibility lies with the client. Payment Terms & Refund Policy: Advance payments and payments for successfully delivered modules are non-refundable under any circumstances. Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the delivered content is shared with the client for their use. ScholarAstra does not claim authorship of the final academic work. However, we reserve the right to reuse generic knowledge, structure, and non-confidential learnings for internal improvement.
